The Elite collection now features a new star: Zenith Elite 6150. Its pure lines showcase contemporary elegance from the luxury watchmaker, evoking a timeless beauty with a new released. The timepiece is the crowning glory of the brand's 150th anniversary collection, and for this season, it comes in a rose gold variant that shines with understated refinement.

After achieving much success from its debut in 2015, the Elite 6150 is now clothed in its rose gold cape, illuminating its decadently curved 42mm diameter case. The dial, purely sublime with engraved hour markers and slender, leaf hands, are breath-taking to see. It is a must-have, for other than the delightful changes to this cherished model is a sure token of accomplished skills, only borne out of a true manufacture. Zenith has blessed this timepiece with a state of the art, in-house movement that packs a 4-day power reserve. Classically charming, but notwithstanding modern, the Elite 6150 is a bridge between the brand's rich heritage, and its decidedly fast forward attitude. It is when the legend takes a step, onwards to the future.

At the very core of this rose gold case is the new Elite 6150 caliber, entirely designed and developed by Zenith. It is an ultra-thin automatic movement that is a modern version of the beloved Elite, presented by the brand in 1994 and has been gallantly awarded as the Best Movement of the Year. In response to the clamor of its contemporary fan base, the manufacture perfects both performance and the versatility of its caliber, which is now seen as one of the most reliable movements in the market. Bearing a technical asset of a 100-hour power reserve thanks to a twin barrel, it comes with many other features, such as a broader 30mm diameter and a central sweep-seconds hand. It all contributes to the watch's precision and amplitude.

Despite its magnanimous capabilities, the Elite Caliber 6150 is exceptionally slim, measuring a mere 3.92 despite its 195 assembled components. It drives the central displays of the hours, minutes and seconds, powered by the steady beating of the balanced wheel with 28,000 vph.

Tastefully robed in a rose gold tone, the pebble-shaped Elite 6150 model is outfitted with a fluted crown, featuring flowing curves that are highlighted by the ergonomic lugs that perfectly molds in the wrist. The sapphire crystal caseback reveals the decadent mechanism wound by an oscillating weight, with an adornment of Côtes de Genève. The dial, a beautiful silver-toned canvass, is swept by slim leaf-type hands with a subtle trompe l'oeil effect on the stylized hour markers. It is then worn with a rich brown alligator leather strap lined with rubber and is finished with a rose gold pin buckle set.
