The brand-new boutique in Lausanne welcomes its clients in a more than 100-square-meter experience where every product category of Victorinox is beautifully on display in their brand-new state-of-the-art boutique; from Victorinox‘s world-famous Swiss Army knives to cutlery, fragrances, watches and travel gear. The new Victorinox’s boutique in Lausanne also offers their custom knife station, where clients can get their swiss army knife customizations, perfect as gifts for every occasion.

With the opening of the brand-new boutique in Lausanne, Victorinox welcomes the exclusive presence of Carl Elsener, Victorinox CEO, Veronika Elsener, Victorinox CMO, Markus Naewie, Victorinox Head of Retail, Patrick Hardy, Victorinox CSO, and Ludovic Lamon, Store Manager, Lausanne.
We were kindly invited to do an on-location interview with Carl Elsener, the CEO of Victorinox. He thoughtfully answered our questions about Victorinox watches and told us more about his favorite timepiece. We concluded our discussion with Victorinox’s success principles which made this world-famous brand what it is today – a global icon.
