F.P.Journe unveils new, larger Octa Divine

The Octa Divine is the latest timepiece from F.P.Journe to enjoy a redesign in the 42mm size, featuring enhanced legibility and a sleek modern look. The Chronomètre Optimum, the Quantième Perpétuel and the Octa Lune have already been re-imagined in the larger 42mm size and now the Octa Divine will benefit from a new aesthetic.

The enlarged date display window now contrasts with the elegant gold dial and the other displays; a power reserve indicator and a seconds disk.

F.P.Journe’s iconic characteristics including classic blue steel hands, a stunning sapphire moon phase disk and a polished steel circle screwed to the dial come together gracefully in the new Octa Divine. The alternating sized numerals of the hours ring and the red dots on the dial provide a dreamy yet contemporary effect on this classic timepiece.

Automatically wound movement and a power reserve of over 5 days is yet another feature of the 18K rose gold Octa Divine (calibre 1300.3).

The unidirectional winding of the exclusive off-centre F.P.Journe rotor in 22K red Gold is achieved by a self-locking ball bearing system. Thus each movement, no matter how slight, is utilised for the optimal winding of the watch.

The Octa Divine, available in the F.P. Journe Boutiques, also exists with a 40 mm case, in Platinum or in 18K red Gold.
